UPTET Answer Key 2026 Released
The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has released the provisional UPTET Answer Key 2026 on its official website, upessc.up.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2026 can now download the answer key for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. The exam was conducted on 2, 3, and 4 July 2026.
This provisional answer key allows candidates to verify their answers against the official solutions and estimate their probable scores. The commission has also activated an online portal for candidates to raise objections against any answers they believe are incorrect. The window for submitting objections is open from 8 July 2026 (6:00 PM) until 14 July 2026 (11:59 PM).

How to Download UPTET Answer Key 2026
- Visit the official website: upessc.up.gov.in.
- Log in using your 10-digit Roll Number and Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY).
- Click on the 'UPTET Provisional Answer Key 2026' link.
- Select your paper (Paper 1 or Paper 2) and the correct booklet series (Set A, B, C, or D).
- Download and save the PDF for future reference.
How to Raise Objections
- Visit the objection portal: upessc.net.
- Log in with your Roll Number and Date of Birth.
- Select your question booklet set and language stream.
- Click on 'File Objections' and choose the question number to challenge.
- Provide the correct answer and upload supporting proof (e.g., from NCERT/SCERT books).
- Submit your objection and save the confirmation receipt.
Note: An objection fee of approximately ₹500 per question might be applicable, refundable if the objection is upheld.
Calculate Your Score
Since there is no negative marking, your score can be calculated by counting the total number of correct answers. Each correct answer carries 1 mark.
