The Forester Direct Recruitment Exam 2026 is scheduled to be conducted on June 28, 2026 (Sunday). This exam is organized under the Common Eligibility Test (CET) (Senior Secondary Level) framework.

1. Exam Pattern

Question Type: The examination will consist entirely of Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions - MCQs).

Total Questions: There will be a total of 100 questions in the paper.

Total Marks: The paper carries a maximum of 100 marks (each question is worth 1 mark).

Duration: Candidates will be allotted 2 hours to solve the question paper.

Negative Marking: Penalty for wrong answers is applicable. For every incorrect response, 31 mark will be deducted.

The question paper primarily focuses on testing general knowledge with special emphasis on the state of Rajasthan, alongside everyday science and basic mathematics:

3. Selection Process

Stage 1: Written Examination: Candidates must first clear the objective written test scheduled for June 28, 2026.

Stage 2: Physical Standard & Efficiency Test (PST/PET): Candidates shortlisted based on the written exam merit list will be called for physical assessments (which include criteria for height, chest measurements, and a 25 km walking test to be completed within 4 hours).
