A total of 158 tentative vacancies have been announced for the post of Security Screener (Fresher) across 6 airport locations. Candidates can apply for a single location only.

AAICLAS Security Screener Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must be a citizen of India and willing to serve on an All India Basis. The eligibility criteria are as on 01-04-2026 (qualification) and 01-05-2026 (age).

Educational Qualification:

• Essential Qualification: Graduation from any recognized Board/University/Institution with minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS candidates and minimum 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.
• Language Requirement: Ability to read/speak English, Hindi and/or conversant with local language.

Medical Fitness Requirements:

• Eye/Color blindness examination; unimpaired vision and hearing ability.
• Ability to recognize objects highlighted by X-ray equipment.
• Good oral and written communication skills; good physical strength and ability.

AAICLAS Security Screener Recruitment 2026 - Pay, Allowances & Training Details

Provisionally selected candidates will initially receive a stipend during training. Upon successful certification, they will be engaged on a Fixed Term Contract with consolidated remuneration.

Stipend & Remuneration:

• Stipend during Training: Rs. 15,000/- per month (reduced to Rs. 10,000/- if fail in 1st attempt of certification exams).
• Consolidated Remuneration (After Certification): First Year: Rs. 30,000/- Fixed Per Month
• Second Year: Rs. 32,000/- Fixed Per Month
• Third Year: Rs. 34,000/- Fixed Per Month

Additional Benefits:

• TA/DA/Lodging & Boarding (on tour): Equivalent to three tier AC rail fare.
• Leave: Privilege Leave – 18 per year + 12 Half Pay Leave (sick leave) + 9 CL + 2 RH.
• PF Contribution: Equivalent to ceiling wage of Rs. 15,000/- i.e., Rs. 1,800/- p.m.
• Medical Insurance: Maximum Rs. 10,000/- per annum reimbursed.
• Gratuity: As per Gratuity Act, wherever applicable.

Selection will be based on an online interaction/interview, with candidates having a higher percentage of marks at the Graduation level being called first. A surety bond of Rs. 1,50,000/- for a 3-year engagement period is required after selection.
