Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements as of 06 May 2026:

• Age Limit:
  • Male: 18–33 years
  • Female: 18–38 years
• Educational Qualification: Secondary School Examination (10th Pass) from a recognized Board.
• Other Requirements: Must qualify Physical Test and possess a good physique.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi.

Selection Process

The selection for the Andaman and Nicobar Forest Mazdoor posts will be conducted through a multi-stage Physical Test:

• Level I – Running Test (Shortlisting):
  • Male: 10 km
  • Female: 8 km

  Candidates will be shortlisted 15 times the number of vacancies based on this test.

• Level II – Long Jump Test (Qualifying):
  • Male: Gen/OBC 12 ft | ST 9 ft
  • Female: Gen/OBC 9 ft | ST 7 ft
• Level III – Weight Carrying Test (Final Merit):
  • Male: 30 kg over 500 m
  • Female: 20 kg over 500 m

  Final merit will be prepared based on performance in this stage.
