Note: Number of vacancies may change according to need. KGBVs in East Godavari, Dr. B.R.A. Konaseema, West Godavari, Krishna and Guntur districts are excluded from this notification.
Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Women candidates only.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 45 years (as on 01.07.2025). Relaxations applicable for SC/ST/BC/EWS (Max 50 years) and Differently Abled (Max 52 years).
- Educational Qualifications: Vary by post (details in the official notification).
- TET Qualification: APTET qualified is mandatory for Principal, CRTs (all subjects) and PGTs (general subjects). Not required for PET and PGTs (Vocational subjects).
- English Proficiency: Must be capable of teaching in English medium and have studied English as a subject up to graduation.
- Local Status: Must have studied 7 consecutive years in classes 4 to 10 in the district of application.

Rs. 300/- for all categories, payable through the Commissioner of School Education payment gateway.
Selection Process
Selection is purely merit-based. Merit is calculated based on academic and professional qualifications. No written examination will be conducted.
