Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following mandatory conditions:
- Permanent Residence Criterion: Citizen of India and an inhabitant of Arunachal Pradesh holding a valid Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC).
- Indigenous Status and APST Criterion: Original inhabitant of Arunachal Pradesh holding an Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) Certificate.
- Indigenous Tribal Language Proficiency Criterion: Ability to speak an indigenous tribal language of Arunachal Pradesh and possess working knowledge of the local indigenous tribes.

Selection Process
