Bank of Baroda (BOB) has announced recruitment for 30 Customer Service Associate positions under the Sports Quota for meritorious sportspersons. Interested candidates can apply online from April 22, 2026, to May 12, 2026.

Vacancy Details

A total of 30 vacancies are available across Cricket, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, and Football disciplines in Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai. Out of these, 24 are for male candidates and 6 for female candidates. Specific roles/specializations are mentioned for each vacancy.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognised University or equivalent.
• Sports Qualifications: Represented a State/U.T./Country in National/International competition; OR Medal winner in Junior National Championships; OR Medal winner in Khelo India Youth Games (age > 18 years)/Winter Games/Para Games; OR Medal winner in Khelo India University Games; OR Medal winner in SGFI; OR Represented University in Inter-University Tournaments; OR Represented State/U.T. School Team in National Sports/Games for Schools.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 28 years (as on 01.04.2026)
• Age relaxation applicable as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC candidates and meritorious sportspersons.

Application Fee

Pay Scale & Benefits

Selected candidates will be placed in the clerical cadre pay scale. The pay scale is ₹24,050 – ₹64,480 per month.

Selection Process

1. Stage 1: Shortlisting / Screening of applications based on eligibility and sports experience.
2. Stage 2: Field Trials for shortlisted candidates.
3. Stage 3: Document Verification.
