Eligibility Criteria (Qualification, Experience & Age Limit)

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Minimum Essential Educational Qualification

• Foreman (Chemical/Civil/Instrumentation): Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks.
• Junior Superintendent (Human Resources): Bachelor Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations (minimum 50% marks in each) and proficiency in personal computer operations.
• Operator (Chemical): Bachelor Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (minimum 50% marks) OR B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry (minimum 50% marks).
• Technician (Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical): Matric plus ITI Tradesmanship / National Apprenticeship Certificate in relevant trade.
• PwBD Trainee Posts (Operator/Technician/Accounts Assistant): Bachelor Degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Commerce (B.Com.) or Matric plus ITI Tradesmanship/NAC as per the specific post. Accounts Assistant Trainee requires 40 w.p.m. typing speed in English and computer proficiency.

All qualifications must be from UGC-recognized universities, AICTE-approved institutions, or recognized by respective State Boards/Councils.

Age Limit (as on 09.10.2026)

• Foreman and Junior Superintendent posts: Up to 32 years
• Operator, Technician and Trainee posts: Up to 30 years

Salary and Emoluments

• S-3 Trainee posts: Stipend Rs. 21,000/- during training

In addition to Basic Pay, selected candidates will be entitled to Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), Perquisites (35% of basic pay), North-East allowance (10% of basic pay if posted in North-East), HRA, Medical Facility, Pension Scheme, and other benefits as per company rules.
