BEL Assistant Security Officer Recruitment 2026 Overview

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has announced recruitment for the post of Assistant Security Officer in Grade E-I. This is a permanent position inviting applications from eligible ex-servicemen. A total of 07 vacancies are available across various units/facilities of BEL.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Post Name: Assistant Security Officer (Grade E-I)
• Age Limit (as on 01.05.2026): Upper Age 40 years (OBC – 43 years, SC/ST – 45 years)
• Qualification & Experience: Degree in any discipline AND Must be in JCO grade at the time of release/retirement from Indian Army / Navy / Air Force / Central Paramilitary Organizations.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a salary in the range of ₹30,000 – 1,20,000 per month, along with admissible allowances. The Cost to Company (CTC) is approximately ₹7.75 Lakhs per annum.

Selection Process
