Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 38 years

Educational Qualification

Generally, candidates must have passed 10th/SSC or an equivalent examination. Specific requirements include:

• For most posts (e.g., Sweeper, Ward Attendant, Ambulance Attendant): 10th/SSC pass; must have passed the 10th standard (or equivalent) Marathi language exam with a 100-mark question paper as per Maharashtra State Board norms; must be able to read, write, and speak Marathi; and must pass a departmental trade/skill test.
• For Electrician/Wireman/Lift Operator posts: 10th/SSC pass; must hold a wireman license from the Maharashtra Public Works Department, or an ITI/NCTVT pass certificate in Electrician/Wireman trade; Marathi language proficiency as above.
• For Tailor: 10th/SSC pass; a certificate of satisfactorily completed 1-year training in tailoring and cutting from a recognized government institution, OR a satisfactorily completed minimum 20-week Advanced Tailoring Course from Shramik Vidyapeeth; Marathi language proficiency and departmental trade test pass.

Salary Structure (Consolidated Monthly Remuneration)

Note: Contractual employees will not be entitled to any Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), or similar benefits in addition to the fixed consolidated remuneration.
