Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Korea (Baikunthpur), Chhattisgarh has officially released the Korea District NHM Recruitment 2026 notification (Kramank / 891 / N.H.M. / 2026) on 12th June 2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 140 contractual vacancies under the National Health Mission (NHM) and its associated programmes. These opportunities are available across 31 diverse post categories, including vital roles such as Dental Surgeons, MO-AYUSH, Nursing Officers, Community Health Officers, Lab Technicians, Pharmacists, and various essential support staff.

Applications are exclusively invited from eligible candidates residing in the Korea or MCB (Manendragarh) districts of Chhattisgarh. All posts are purely contractual in nature, governed by the NHM Chhattisgarh Manav Sansadhan Niti 2018, with a contract period extending up to 31st March 2027, subject to satisfactory performance and further extension.

Vacancy Details (Total: 140 Posts)

Vacancies are distributed across District Korea and MCB (Manendragarh) for various programmes like NHM, RBSK, NUHM, UHWC, NPPCD, NIDDCP, NRC, SNCU, NBSU, NTEP, and BPHU. A few key posts include:

• Community Health Officer: 32 Posts (2 in Korea, 30 in MCB)
• Dental Surgeons: 3 Posts (2 in Korea, 1 in MCB)
• MO - AYUSH: 6 Posts (2M, 2F in MCB; 1M, 1F in Korea)
• Nursing Officer: 13 Posts (1 PHC, 2 ICU in Korea; 1 PHC, 9 UHWC in MCB)
• Staff Nurse: 13 Posts (1 NRC, 11 SNCU, 1 NBSU in MCB)
• Laboratory Technicians: 8 Posts (2 RBSK in Korea; 5 BPHU, 1 RBSK in MCB)
• Pharmacists: 3 Posts (1 RBSK in Korea; 2 RBSK in MCB)
• Cleaner: 1 Post (SNCU in MCB)
• Support Staff (Housekeeping): 1 Post (NHM in Korea)
• Security Guard: 2 Posts (NHM in Korea)
• Class IV - UHWC: 10 Posts (1 in Korea, 9 in MCB)

Note: Vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease. A waiting list will also be prepared valid up to 1 year or till next advertisement.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet specific educational qualifications and registration requirements for each post. Key qualifications include:

• Dental Surgeons: MDS with CG Medical Council registration OR BDS with CG Medical Council registration (compulsory).
• MO - AYUSH: BAMS/BHMS/BUMS degree + Registration from GOI recognised Ayush/Homeo/Unani Board + Live registration in CG Ayush Board.
• Physiotherapist: Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (B.P.T.) + Registration in concerned council.
• Nursing Officer: B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing OR GNM with CG Nursing Council registration.
• Community Health Officer: BSC Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course OR Post Basic BSC Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course from recognised university + Live registration in CG Nursing Council.
• 2nd ANM: 12th Pass + ANM passed from INC affiliated training centre + Live registration in CG Nursing Council.
• MPW (Male): 10+2 with Biology + 1 Year Diploma in Multipurpose Worker Training from state-recognised training centre + Registration in CG Paramedical Council.
• Laboratory Technicians: BMLT/DMLT and Pathology in Para Medical Course + Registration in CG Para Medical Council.
• Pharmacists: Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) + Registration in CG Nurse Registration Council.
• Cleaner / Attendant / Cook cum care taker / Support Staff: Minimum 8th Pass.
• Class IV - UHWC: 10th Pass.
• Block Programme Manager / Manager - Account / Manager - Data: Relevant Graduate/PG degree (MBA, MSW, B.Com, BCA) with computer diploma/Tally knowledge.
• Secretarial Assistant / Jr. Secretarial Assistant: 12th Pass / Graduate with minimum 1 year Computer Diploma.

Age Limit (as on 1st January 2026):

• Administrative Posts: 18 Years (Minimum) to 64 Years (Maximum)
• Medical / Clinical Posts: 18 Years (Minimum) to 70 Years (Maximum)

Application Fee:

The application fee is payable via Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “District Health Society-Non-NRHM Fund” issued by a nationalised bank. Separate application and DD required for each post if applying for more than one.

Selection Process:

The selection process involves:

1. Application Scrutiny: Verification of applications for eligibility. Eligible/ineligible lists will be published on www.korea.gov.in.
2. Skill Test / Written Test / Interview (20 marks): Candidates are called for skill/written/computer-based test or interview based on post type. Candidates must secure a minimum of 30% marks in this stage to qualify.
3. Merit List Preparation (Total 100 marks): Final merit list is based on:Mandatory Educational Qualification marks (65% or 60% weightage as per post)
4. Experience marks - 10/15/20 marks (NHM CG employees: 3 marks/year max 15; Others: 2 marks/year max 10; ANM trained Mitanin: 4 marks/year max 20)
5. Bonus marks - 10 marks (for temporary health workers who served continuously 6 months during COVID-19 in CG Govt. health institutions as per letter dated 31.01.2024)
6. Skill/Written Test marks - 20 marks

How to Apply Offline:

Candidates must apply offline by sending their application via Registered Post / Speed Post / Registry only. Applications sent by hand or other modes will not be accepted. The district/MCB name must be clearly mentioned on the envelope.

1. Download the official application form (Proforma A) from www.korea.gov.in.
2. Fill the form completely in the prescribed format. Mention clearly: Korea or MCB district, post applied for, and category (UR/OBC/SC/ST).
3. Affix one passport-size photograph on the application form. Self-attest all documents - marksheets (8th, 10th, 12th), degree/diploma, experience certificate, caste certificate, domicile certificate, registration certificate, and ID proof.
4. Prepare a Demand Draft (DD) for the applicable application fee in favour of District Health Society-Non-NRHM Fund issued by a nationalised bank. Attach DD with the application.
5. Write on the envelope: District name (Korea/MCB), post applied for, and category.
6. Send the sealed envelope via Registered Post / Speed Post / Registry only to the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Korea, Baikunthpur, Chhattisgarh on or before 3rd July 2026 by 5:00 PM.
