DSSSB Assistant Teacher (Primary) Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 1180 Posts
Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released the official notification for Assistant Teacher (Primary) posts in Directorate of Education and New Delhi Municipal Council.
A total of 1180 vacancies for PRT teachers have been announced under advertisement number 05/2025 inviting applications for DSSSB Assistant Teacher (Primary) Recruitment 2025.
The online application process has already started in 17 September 2025, and candidates can apply until 16th October 2025.

Educational Qualification (Essential):
- Senior Secondary (10+2) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) OR
- 10+2 with 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (as per NCTE norms 2002) OR
- 10+2 with 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed. OR
- 10+2 with 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
- Graduation with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
Other Requirements:
- Must have passed CTET (Paper I) conducted by CBSE
- Must have studied Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi/English as a subject at Secondary level

How to apply
First, candidates must register on the official DSSSB website https://dsssbonline.nic.in
- (This is a one-time registration, and the same User ID & Password will be used for future DSSSB exams.)
If already registered, candidates can directly log in with their User ID and Password.
After login, select Advertisement No. 05/2025 – Assistant Teacher (Primary) and carefully fill out the application form.
Upload all required documents, passport-size photograph, and signature.
Pay the application fee online via SBI e-pay as per your category.
Before final submission, check all details carefully because no correction will be allowed later.
The online application window will remain open from 17th September 2025 to 16th October 2025 (till 11:59 PM).
Candidates are advised not to wait until the last date to avoid server issues or disconnection problems.
