Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be citizens of India and fulfill specific educational qualifications and age limits as of the cut-off date: 15 July 2026.

Educational Qualification (Post-wise Summary):

• Junior Scientific Assistant (Various Disciplines): Master's degree in relevant science subjects (Zoology, Botany, Physics, Chemistry, Psychology, Criminology, Computer Science, IT, etc.) or B.E./B.Tech in Biotechnology/CSE/IT/ECE/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Technical Assistant (Hindi): Master's degree in Hindi/English with specific subject combinations and a Diploma/Certificate in Hindi-English translation or 2 years' experience.
• Assistant Archivist Grade-I: Master's degree in History with Modern Indian History paper and a Diploma in Archives and Record Management.
• I.T. Assistant Grade-A: 12th Standard pass with typing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour.
• Fitter Grade-II: Certificate in Plumber trade with 1 year experience.
• Lift Operator: Matric/Higher Secondary with ITI Electrician/Wireman certificate.
• Asstt. Operator cum Mechanic (A/C): Matric/Higher Secondary with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning with 2 years' experience.
• Sub Station Apprentice: Matric with National Trade Certificate (Electrician).
• Data Processing Assistant Grade 'A': Degree or 3-year Diploma in Computer Engineering with 1 year EDP experience, plus typing speed.
• Data Entry Operator Grade 'B': Degree or 3-year Diploma in Computer Engineering/Digital Electronics/ECE with computer application, plus typing speed.
• Trained Graduate Teacher (Computer Science): BCA, or Graduation in Computer Science, or BE/B.Tech in CS/IT, or Graduation with 'A' level course from DOEACC.
• Domestic Science Teacher: Bachelor's degree in Domestic Science/Home Science and B.Ed with Domestic Science/Home Science.
• Trained Graduate Teacher (Special Education Teacher): Graduation with B.Ed (Special Education) or equivalent RCI-recognized qualification and CTET.
• Special Educator (Primary): 12th passed with D.Ed Special Education or equivalent RCI-recognized qualification and CTET.
• Electrical Overseer / Sub-Inspector: 3-year Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 1 year experience (for Diploma holders).

Age Limit (as on 15 July 2026):

• 18 – 27 years: Junior Scientific Assistant (all posts), Electrical Overseer / Sub-Inspector.
• Below 27 years: I.T. Assistant Grade-A.
• Not exceeding 30 years: Technical Assistant (Hindi), Assistant Archivist Grade-I, TGT (all posts), Domestic Science Teacher, Special Educator (Primary).
• Below 30 years: Data Processing Assistant Grade 'A', Data Entry Operator Grade 'B'.
• 18 – 32 years: Asstt. Operator cum Mechanic (A/C), Sub Station Apprentice.
• 20 – 32 years: Fitter Grade-II.

Age Relaxation:

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Computer Based Written Examination. The examination scheme (One Tier General) for Post Codes 34/26, 39/26, 40/26 will be a 2-hour test with 200 MCQs for 200 marks, divided into five sections of 40 marks each.
