Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 30 April 2026)

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 28 years (for General/UR candidates)

Age relaxation is applicable for OBC (NCL), PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government of India guidelines.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the following qualifications with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation. Qualifications obtained through correspondence/part-time/open university/distance learning are NOT eligible.

  • Management Trainee - Human Resource Management (03 Posts): Minimum 60% aggregate marks in Graduation (minimum 3-year full-time course) AND Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management (minimum 2-year full-time course).
  • Management Trainee - Administration (02 Posts): Option 1: Minimum 60% in Graduation (3-year full-time) AND Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Hotel and Hospitality Management / Facilities Management or equivalent (2-year full-time).
  • Option 2: Minimum 60% in B.Tech in Civil Engineering AND Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) in any discipline, both full-time.

Note: Candidates awaiting final results are eligible to appear for the Written Examination, but must provide proof of qualification by 01-06-2026 or joining date.

Application fees are non-refundable and must be paid online between 15 May 2026 and 14 June 2026.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of two stages:

  1. Written Test (Subjective): This is a Professional Knowledge paper with no negative marking. Part Description Marks Duration Part I Subject Matter Knowledge - HR / Administration (Compulsory Question) 40 02 hours 30 minutes Part II Attempt any 6 out of 8 Questions (HR / Administration) 60 Total 100
  2. Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the Written Test will be called for an interview in Mumbai and/or New Delhi.

Final selection will be based on overall performance, with Written Examination carrying 70% weightage and Interview carrying 30% weightage.
