Vacancy Details

A total of 100 Staff Nurse vacancies are available. Category-wise distribution is as follows:

• UR: 40
• OBC: 27
• SC: 21
• ST: 2
• EWS: 10

Horizontal reservation for Women (20%), Ex-Servicemen (5%), Divyang (4%), and Dependent of Freedom Fighter (2%) will also apply.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc Nursing (4-year course) OR B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic) (2-year course) from a recognized institute/university and registered as Nurse & Midwife.
• OR Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institute/board/council, registered as Nurse & Midwife, with two years' experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital after acquiring the qualification.

Domicile:

Only permanent residents (Domicile) of Uttar Pradesh are eligible for reserved posts. Other candidates will be considered under the Unreserved (UR) category.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years (as on 1 July 2026)

Age relaxation will be applicable as per UP Government rules for SC/ST/OBC, Persons with Disabilities, and Ex-servicemen.

Application Fee

• UR/OBC/EWS: ₹1,100 + ₹198 (GST) = ₹1,298
• SC/ST: ₹800 + ₹144 (GST) = ₹944
• Divyang (UP domicile only): Exempted

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT). The final selection will involve:

1. Merit in the CBT
2. Biometric and Document Verification
3. Medical Examination
