Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) has released a recruitment notification for 08 lateral-level executive positions. Projects Discipline

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
• Desirable: MBA or two-year PG Diploma in Finance.

Finance Discipline

• CA/CMA OR two years full-time MBA/PG Diploma with Finance specialization with minimum 60% marks (except for CA/CMA).

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026)

• Deputy General Manager (E-5): 45 years
• Assistant General Manager (E-4): 40 years
• Senior Manager (E-3): 35 years

Age Relaxation

Experience Requirements

• DGM (E-5): Minimum 11 years post-qualification executive experience in the relevant sector.
• AGM (E-4): Minimum 7 years experience.
• Senior Manager (E-3): Minimum 5 years experience.

Preference will be given to candidates from CPSEs, Banks, NBFCs, and multilateral organizations.

Application Fee

The application fee can be paid through online mode. Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications with separate fees.

Selection Process

The selection process for HUDCO Recruitment 2026 will be based solely on an interview. Candidates will be shortlisted in a ratio of 1:15 for the interview. The interview will assess Job Knowledge (50 marks), Quality of Experience (20 marks), and Overall Personality (30 marks). Minimum qualifying marks are 70 for UR/EWS, 60 for OBC-NCL, and 50 for SC/ST. The interview can be conducted in Hindi or English. Outstation candidates will be reimbursed for 2A AC rail fare.

Salary & Perks

Selected candidates will receive attractive pay scales as per the IDA pattern, with 7th CPC benefits. The approximate annual Cost to Company (CTC) includes Basic Pay, IDA, HRA, Perks, superannuation, and PRP. Additional benefits such as medical facilities, conveyance allowance, and leased accommodation will also be provided.

• Deputy General Manager (E-5): Approximate Annual CTC up to ₹30.47 lakh
• Assistant General Manager (E-4): Approximate Annual CTC up to ₹26.66 lakh
• Senior Manager (E-3): Approximate Annual CTC up to ₹22.13 lakh
