IIM Bodh Gaya Recruitment 2026: Senior Project Associate/Project Associate (AI/ML - IoT Developer)

Note: Project Interns are also encouraged to apply with a monthly stipend of INR 12,000/-.

Eligibility Criteria

For Project Associate-I:

• A Four Years bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology (Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, or a related field) from a recognized University.

For Project Associate-II:

• Option 1: A Four Years bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology (Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, or a related field) from a recognized University and 2 Years of experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or S&T organizations and scientific activities and services.
• Option 2: A Master’s degree in engineering or technology (Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, or a related field) from a recognized University and 4 Years of experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or S&T organizations and scientific activities and services.
• Option 3: A Four Years bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology (Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, or a related field) from a recognized University and 4 Years of experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or S&T organizations and scientific activities and services.

For Senior Project Associate:

Experience and Skillset Required:

• Soft Skills: Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail; Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; Excellent communication and documentation skills; Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
• Nice to Have: Experience with edge computing and real-time data processing; Familiarity with containerisation and microservices architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).

Selection Process

The shortlisting of candidates will be based on the scrutiny of their age, qualification, and experience as per the prescribed criteria. Subsequent interaction with the selection panel will follow. Candidates must produce original documents for verification. Written tests and/or skill tests and/or interviews may be conducted.

Salary

Project Associate-I: INR 37,000/- + HRA

Project Associate-II: INR 42,000/- + HRA

Senior Project Associate: INR 57,000/- + HRA

Project Intern: INR 12,000/- (Stipend)

Note: The remuneration mentioned is the maximum applicable. The selection committee reserves the right to fix the remuneration based on qualification, experience, and performance.
