Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive attractive remuneration packages as follows:

Note: An annual increment of 3% (rounded to the next ₹10) of basic pay applies during the tenure, subject to satisfactory performance assessment, for Project Technician, Welfare Officer, and Junior Project Engineer posts.

Selection Process

The selection process varies by post category:

  • Project Technician: Screening and shortlisting for a Trade Test (Practical) based on NTC/NAC examination marks. The Trade Test is qualifying; final merit is based solely on NTC/NAC marks.
  • Welfare Officer: Screening, shortlisting for interview based on Bachelor's Degree marks, followed by a personal interview. Final merit is based on interview performance.
  • Junior Project Engineer: Screening, shortlisting for interview based on Diploma/B.Sc. marks, followed by a personal interview. Final merit is a weighted score of 75% Diploma/B.Sc. marks and 25% interview performance.
  • Consultant (Coordination): Screening, shortlisting, and a personal interview. Selection is based on interview performance and meeting eligibility criteria.

Document verification from original certificates is carried out before the interview/Trade Test for all posts. No virtual/online interview will be conducted.
