Indian Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Notification for 1500 posts
Indian Bank, a leading public sector bank, has announced the recruitment of 1500 Apprentice posts for the financial year 2025-26.
Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training along with a monthly stipend of up to ₹15,000.
The online application process began on 18th July 2025, and eligible candidates can apply until 7th August 2025.

Other Conditions
- Not eligible if candidate has previously undergone apprenticeship or has one year or more of job experience.
- Must be proficient in the local language of the state applied for (reading, writing, speaking).
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- Graduation must have been completed on or after April 1, 2021.

Salary & Benefits
This apprenticeship includes a competitive monthly stipend and hands-on training with Indian Bank, a reputed Public Sector Bank.

- Training Period: 12 months
- Certificate: After successful training, candidates will receive a ‘Certificate of Proficiency’ from BOAT(SR).

The selection consists of three stages:
1: Online Written Examination

- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer

2: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
- Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local language of the state applied for.
- Exemption: Candidates who have studied the local language in Class 8, 10 or 12 are exempt if they submit valid proof.
3: Final Merit List
- Merit list will be prepared state-wise and category-wise based on online exam marks only.

New Registration
- Click “New Registration” and fill your basic details. A Registration Number and Password will be generated.
Fill Application Form
- Log in using your credentials. Fill in your personal, educational, and communication details.
Upload Documents
- Passport photo
- Signature
- Left thumb impression
- Handwritten declaration
Preview & Submit
- Carefully review your application. Click on “Final Submit” once satisfied.
Pay Application Fee
- Make payment online via Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.
Print Application
- Save and print the final application and payment receipt.
