Age Limit

The minimum age for this post is 18 years and the maximum age is 30 years. Age will be calculated as on the last date of receipt of application, November 3, 2026. ST candidates will receive a 5-year age relaxation against reserved vacancies, and eligible government employees will receive relaxation as per rules.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the following prescribed qualifications:

• Postgraduate Degree from a recognized university in Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Business Studies, or Public Administration AND 1 year of experience in handling stores and maintaining store accounts.
• OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Business Studies, or Public Administration, OR a recognized Diploma in Material Management, Warehousing Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or Public Procurement AND 2 years of relevant work experience.

Selection Process

The selection process includes scrutiny of applications, document verification, and a written examination. Admit cards will be issued to eligible candidates. The written examination will be pen-paper based, consisting of a total of 80 objective questions for 80 marks. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.

The duration of the examination will be 1 hour. Minimum qualifying marks are 40 for General/EWS and 36 for ST categories.
