Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and age requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• Essential: Master's degree in Library & Information Science (M.LIS./M.Lib.Sc.) or equivalent with First Class.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree (under the 10+2+3 system) from a recognized University/Institute with consistently good academic performance.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of MARC21, DDC, Web Design, DSpace, and Koha.

Age Limit:

• Maximum age limit is 35 years as on 10th August 2026.
• Age relaxation will be provided for SC/ST/OBC/Women and differently-abled candidates as per Government of India norms.

Salary and Stipend

The selected candidate will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000/-.
