Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification – Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (Post No. 1, 3, 5)

  • Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks, or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale, from a recognized University.
  • Graduation must be completed within the minimum stipulated duration of the course.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers is mandatory.

Educational Qualification – Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer (Post No. 2, 4, 6)

  • Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale, completed within the minimum stipulated duration, OR
  • Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale, completed within the minimum stipulated duration, plus one year of experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer.
  • A minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English Shorthand/Stenography.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers is mandatory.

Note: Candidates holding a Diploma in Commercial Practice (DCP) or Diploma in Commercial and Computer Practice (DCCP) with an Apprenticeship Training Certificate (BOAT/NATS) will have this considered equivalent to one year of Steno-Typist/Stenographer experience.
