Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification – Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (Post No. 1, 3, 5)

• Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks, or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale, from a recognized University.
• Graduation must be completed within the minimum stipulated duration of the course.
• Proficiency in the use of computers is mandatory.

Educational Qualification – Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer (Post No. 2, 4, 6)

• Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale, completed within the minimum stipulated duration, plus one year of experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer.
• A minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English Shorthand/Stenography.
• Proficiency in the use of computers is mandatory.

Note: Candidates holding a Diploma in Commercial Practice (DCP) or Diploma in Commercial and Computer Practice (DCCP) with an Apprenticeship Training Certificate (BOAT/NATS) will have this considered equivalent to one year of Steno-Typist/Stenographer experience.

Age Limit (as on 16-08-2026)

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules for serving Government employees, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, meritorious Sportspersons, Widows, Divorced women, and women judicially separated from their husbands and not remarried.

Salary and Pay Scale

Selected candidates for Assistant, Junior Personal Assistant, Upper Division Clerk and Stenographer posts will be placed in Level 4 of the Pay Matrix, with a minimum basic pay of Rs. 25,500 per month.
