Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy both the relevant examination requirement and the post-specific educational qualification. Having the required degree or diploma alone may not be sufficient.

Senior Assistant (Civil) – 7 Posts

Required qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or institution.

Experience:

• Diploma holders must have at least one year of relevant experience in the construction and maintenance of permanent civil engineering structures in a government, public-sector or reputed private-sector organisation.
• Experience in the exhibitions field is preferred.

Eligible examination: SSC Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical) Examination 2024, subject to the conditions in the notification.

Senior Assistant (Electrical) – 4 Posts

Required qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university or institution.

Experience:

• Diploma holders must have at least one year of relevant experience in the construction and maintenance of permanent electrical engineering structures.
• Experience in government, public-sector or reputed private-sector organisations is accepted under the notification's conditions; exhibitions-related experience is preferred.

Senior Assistant (Architecture) – 1 Post

Required qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture from a recognised university or institution.

• B.Com. with at least second division.
• Working knowledge of computer applications.

Experience:

• At least two years of experience in finance or accounts in a government, public-sector or reputed private-sector organisation.
• Government or PSU experience is preferred.

Eligible examination: SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2024, subject to the notification's conditions.

Junior Stenographer – 5 Posts

Required qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
• Shorthand and typing speed of 80/40 words per minute, as prescribed in the notification.

Desirable: Experience as a stenographer or steno-typist in a reputed organisation.

Eligible examination: SSC Stenographer Grade 'C' and 'D' Examination 2024, Grade C, subject to the notification's conditions.

Junior Assistant (General Cadre) – 19 Posts

Required qualification:

• Bachelor's degree with at least second division.
• Computer typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi, as stated in the notification's qualification table.
• Proficiency in office applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, or equivalent software.

Experience:

• At least two years of post-qualification experience in file handling or data entry in a government, PSU or reputed private-sector organisation.

Eligible examination: SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2024, subject to the notification's conditions.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?
