Educational Qualification (Post-wise)

• Health Supervisor: 10+2 (Science / I.Sc.)
• Junior Regional Investigator: Intermediate / 10+2 with Mathematics
• Multipurpose Health Worker: 10+2 (Science / I.Sc.)
• Veterinary Assistant / Medical Assistant: Intermediate in Life Sciences (Biology)
• Insect Collector: Intermediate / 10+2 in Life Sciences
• Fishery Technical Assistant: Intermediate / 10+2 in Life Sciences

Age Limit (as on 01 August 2023/2024/2025, depending on post)

• Minimum Age: 18 years for all posts.

Selection Process

The selection process involves a two-stage examination: Preliminary Exam followed by a Main Exam. Both exams will be conducted via Computer Based Test (CBT) or OMR method. A Preliminary Exam will be held if applications exceed 50,000 for a subject; otherwise, the Main Exam may be conducted directly.

Preliminary Examination

• Single paper, 120 multiple-choice questions.
• Duration: 2 hours.
• Marking: 3 marks for each correct answer, 1 mark deduction for each wrong answer.
• Minimum qualifying marks: 40% for Unreserved/EWS, 32% for SC/ST/Female, etc.

Main Examination

• Consists of three papers, each of 2 hours duration.
