Eligibility Criteria

- Ex-servicemen may deduct their period of service in the Armed Forces from their actual age. If the resulting age does not exceed the prescribed maximum age limit by more than 3 years, they will be considered to have fulfilled the age condition.
- Candidates claiming additional weightage benefits under the J&K Appointment to Class IV (Special Recruitment) Rules, 2020 as Casual Workers are eligible for an additional 5 years relaxation in the upper age limit.
