• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Science / Arts / Commerce / Business Management / Computer Applications / Business Administration or its equivalent examination.
• Technical Qualification: Senior Grade or Proficiency Grade Examination in English Shorthand AND Senior Grade Typing Examination in English. OR
• Diploma in Commercial Practice / Secretarial Practice in English.

Computer Knowledge: Must have knowledge of operation of Computers.
