Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary or 10+2 pass from a recognized board.
• Age Limit: 21 to 35 years as on the last birthday. Age relaxation up to 40 years for SC/ST, Ex-servicemen, and candidates with Sales & Marketing experience.
• Residency: Applicant must be a resident of the urban operational area of the branch for at least 1 year prior to the application date. This recruitment is applicable only for residents within the urban limits of Kota city.

Salary & Benefits

• Stipend:
  • First Year: Rs. 10,000/- per month
  • Second Year: Rs. 9,000/- per month
  • Third Year: Rs. 8,000/- per month
• 75% of the stipend will be paid at the end of each month. The remaining 25% stipend will be paid as a lump sum at the end of the financial year.
• Attractive commission on new business acquired.
• Productivity-based additional incentives.
• Benefit of two-wheeler vehicle advance (terms and conditions apply).
• Eligible for Chief Life Insurance Advisor after three years (terms and conditions apply).
