Organization along with specific experience criteria for IDA, CDA, and Metro Related Infrastructure Industries candidates (detailed in the notification). Generally, 07 years of Executive Experience is required. For IDA Candidates: Total 07 years of Executive Experience and working in analogous Pay Scale of Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/- (E3) or Pay Scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/- (E2). For CDA Candidates: Working in Pay Matrix Level 11 as per 7th CPC. For Metro Related Infrastructure Industries Candidates: Total 07 years of Executive Experience and working with CTC of Rs. 1,50,000/- per month. |
| Assistant Manager (Public Relations)-E1 | For Thane Integral Ring Metro Rail Project: Experience of working in Public Relations (PR) Department. Flair for writing office reports and Press releases, carrying out promotion activities, Planning & executing events at various levels, working with the Corporate Communication department of Central Government Organizations or Public Sector Undertakings or Local bodies like Municipal Corporations. Proficient in making and editing reports in at least three languages - English, Marathi & Hindi. Specific experience criteria for IDA, CDA, and Metro Related Infrastructure Industries candidates (detailed in the notification). Generally, 05 years of Supervisory Experience is required. For IDA Candidates: Total 05 years of Supervisory Experience and working in Pay Scale of Rs. 46,000- 1,45,000/- (S4) or total 05 years of Supervisory Experience including 03 Years of experience in Pay Scale of Rs. 40,000- 1,25,000/- (S3). For CDA Candidates: Minimum 03 years of Supervisory Experience in Pay Matrix Level 7/8 as per 7th CPC. For IDA Candidates: Working in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 20,000-60,000/-. For CDA Candidates: Working in CDA Pay Matrix with Level 3 or Level 4 as per 7th CPC.
