Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Each post has specific essential educational qualifications, ranging from 10th pass for Junior Driver to Graduate with CA/ICWA Intermediate for Accountant. Many technical posts require ITI certificates or Diplomas in relevant trades, often coupled with specific licenses (e.g., HMV license for drilling/mechanic posts, Wireman certificate for Electrician).

The maximum age limit for all posts is 30 years for UR/EWS candidates as of 01.09.2026. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India rules:

Most Non-Executive posts fall under Grade W-4 with a pay scale of Rs. 20,200-49,300. In addition to Basic Pay, employees receive IDA, HRA, Perks & Allowances, PF, Group Performance Related Incentive, Group Medical Insurance, NPS, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Group Term Insurance, vehicle loan, and House Building Advance as per company rules.
