Left Thumb Impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)

Handwritten Declaration (on white paper with black ink, in English)

How to apply

Registration
- Visit the website www.apexbank.in and click on "APPLY ONLINE."
- Click "Click here for New Registration" and enter your details. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated.
Fill Application Form
- Use "SAVE AND NEXT" to save and verify your details.
- Fill in the correct details and click on 'COMPLETE REGISTRATION' only after verification.
Upload Documents
- Upload photograph and signature.
- Review and confirm details.
Payment of Fees
- Pay the application fee online.
- Download the e-Receipt and take a printout of the application form.

- All Others: ₹1200/- + 18% GST
Guidelines for Scanning and Uploading Documents
- Scanned images of photo, signature, thumb impression and handwritten declaration should be as per the specified standards.
- Images should be of correct size and quality.
Downloading Call Letter
- Visit the website to download the call letter for the examination.
- Use your Registration Number and Password.
- Bring the call letter and photo ID to the examination center.
Other Important Points
- Report on time; late arrivals will not be permitted to take the exam.
- Photo and thumb impression will be captured on the exam day.
