National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has announced a recruitment drive for Non-Executive Personnel posts. This notification is for 268 vacancies across various positions including Technician, Operator, and Jr. Foreman.

Total 268 vacancies are available for different Non-Executive posts. These include:

Note: 20 posts are reserved for PwBD and 38 posts for Ex-Servicemen. Candidates can apply for only one post.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the eligibility conditions as on 10-06-2026.

Educational Qualifications:

• Operator (HEMM) Gr. III: 10th with ITI (MMV/Diesel Mechanic trade) and apprenticeship certificate. Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence.
• Mining Mate Gr. III: 10th with valid Mining Mate Certificate of Competency.
• Jr. Foreman (Mines): Diploma in Mining/Mining Engineering with valid Mining Foreman Certificate of Competency.
• Jr. Foreman (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with valid Supervisory Certificate of Competency from Electrical Licensing Board, Odisha.
• SUPT(JOT)-Operator & Operator Gr. III: 10th with ITI (Electronics Mechanic/Mechatronics/Electrician/Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic/Fitter trade) and apprenticeship certificate.
• SUPT(JOT)-Fitter & Technician (Fitter) Gr. III: 10th with ITI (Fitter trade) and apprenticeship certificate.
• SUPT(JOT)-Electrical & Technician (Electrical) Gr. III: 10th with ITI (Electrician trade) and apprenticeship certificate.
• SUPT(JOT)-Laboratory: B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry.
• SUPT(JOT)-Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic & Technician (Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic) Gr. III: 10th with ITI (Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic trade) and apprenticeship certificate.

Age Limit

Age as on 10-06-2026:

• SUPT(JOT) posts (Fresher): 27 years (UR/EWS), 30 years (OBC), 32 years (SC/ST)
• Operator / Technician / Mining Mate Gr. III posts (Experienced): 35 years (UR/EWS), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC/ST)
• Jr. Foreman posts (Experienced): 40 years (UR/EWS), 43 years (OBC), 45 years (SC/ST)

Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories and Land Ousted Candidates.

Application Fee

• General / OBC (NCL) / EWS candidates: Rs. 100/-
• SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen / Land Ousted / Internal Candidates: Exempted

Selection Process

The selection process includes:

• Computer Based Test (CBT)
• Trade Test (for select posts)
• Document Verification
• Pre-employment Medical Examination (PEME)

CBT Details: 100 MCQs (60% Technical, 40% Non-Technical), 120 minutes duration. No negative marking. Conducted in English and Hindi.

Emoluments & Benefits

Stipend during Training: Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 15,500/- per month.

Pay Scale on Placement (T0 Grade): Rs. 29,500 - 70,000/-

Pay Scale on Placement (S0 Grade for Jr. Foreman): Rs. 36,500 - 1,15,000/-
