Educational Qualification for National Housing Bank Recruitment :-
The eligibility of the candidates applying in National Housing Bank is according to their post as given below.
1. Chief Economist (Contract/Appointment):- Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Economics or Finance with specialization from any recognized Indian or foreign university. They should have at least 15 years of overall experience in commercial banks/financial institutions/prominent rating agencies/government bodies, with a minimum of 10 years of experience specifically related to the Indian economy and regional economy (especially housing sector).
2. Senior Manager (Project Finance):- Candidates should have a graduate degree in any subject and possess qualifications such as ICWAI/ICAI/CFA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent. They should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in banks/financial institutions/regulated lending organizations, with at least 12 years of experience handling credit/project finance, currently holding positions equivalent to Scale-VI in PSBs or Grade D in AIFIs.
3. Assistant General Manager (Credit):- Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in banks/financial institutions/regulatory bodies/regulated lending institutions as an officer, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in either corporate credit or project finance, along with a graduate degree and qualifications such as ICWAI/ICAI/CFA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
4. Deputy Manager (Credit):- Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in banks/financial institutions/regulatory bodies/regulated lending institutions as an officer, with experience in corporate credit or project finance, along with a graduate degree and qualifications such as ICWAI/ICAI/CFA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
5. Senior Project Finance Officer (Contractual):- Candidates should have at least 15 years of work experience in SCBs/financial institutions, with at least 10 years of experience in credit/project finance management. Candidates with a graduate degree, CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualifications will be given priority.
6. Project Finance Officer (Contractual):- Candidates should have a graduate degree, CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualifications and at least 10 years of work experience in SCBs/financial institutions, with at least 5 years of experience in credit/project finance management.
7. Protocol Officer Delhi (Contractual):- Candidates should possess a graduate degree from a recognized university/institution and retired officer status from Indian RBI/public sector banks/financial institutions, with a minimum of 25 years of experience, including at least 5 years in public relations/protocol duties.
8. Application Developer (Contractual):- Candidates with experience in B.E. (CS/IT), B.Tech. (CS/IT), MCA, MTech (CS/IT), B.Sc. (CS/IT), or M.Sc. (CS/IT) are eligible for this position.
9. Assistant Manager (Generalist):- Candidate should have full time Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST/PwBD), or full time Master's degree in any discipline. There will be no requirement of prior experience for this post, but any relevant experience will be valued.
