NBEMS Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise)

Ensure you meet the specific age limits and educational qualifications for your desired post:

1. Deputy Director (Medical) - Group A, Level 11

• Age Limit: Below 35 years.
• Essential Qualification: A recognized Postgraduate Medical qualification approved under the Indian Medical Council Act-1956.
• Desirable Qualification: Some training in medical education technology and/or knowledge in modern evaluation techniques.

2. Junior Programmer - Group B, Level 7

• Age Limit: Below 27 years.
• Essential Qualification: B.Tech / BE / BCA / DOEACC ('B' or 'C' level) Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics with specialization in computers or equivalent.

3. Junior Accountant - Group C, Level 4

• Age Limit: Below 27 years.
• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics or Statistics, or a Degree in Commerce from a recognized University. To qualify the examination as may be prescribed by NBEMS.
• Desirable Qualification: Three years' experience in dealing with accounts in some Government Institutions, with knowledge of computer-based accounting.

4. Stenographer - Group C, Level 4

• Age Limit: 18 to 27 years.
• Essential Qualification: Senior Secondary (12th of 10+2) from a recognized Board. Stenographic skill - 80/30 W.P.M in Shorthand/Typing. Candidates will be required to appear in and qualify the test in General English, Shorthand & Typewriting.
• Desirable Qualification: Two years' experience as Steno in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body and ability of work processing on Computer.

5. Junior Assistant - Group C, Level 2

• Age Limit: Below 27 years.
• Essential Qualification: Passed Senior Secondary Examination from a recognized Board/University. Proficiency in use of Computers and Basic Software packages. To qualify examination as may be prescribed by NBEMS.
