NHIDCL Associate Recruitment 2026: 100 Posts Available

The National Highways and Infrastructure Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) has released Hiring Notice No. 07/2026 (F.No.269282/2163 dated 6 July 2026) inviting applications for 100 Associate posts.

These positions are under the State Specific Graduate Scheme (SSGS) and are available across 14 States/UTs where NHIDCL operates. This recruitment drive aims to foster local talent and build long-term human resource capacity in these regions.

A total of 100 vacancies are distributed across 14 States and Union Territories:

Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Applicants must be domicile holders of the particular State/UT for which they apply. An exception is made for Andaman & Nicobar Islands, where candidates from other States/UTs may also apply, though preference will be given to local domicile holders.
• Educational Qualification: Graduation in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline from IITs, NITs, or other institutions ranked within the top 100 in the Engineering category of the NIRF Rankings for the year of graduation or the preceding year. Candidates in their final year of graduation may also apply, provided they complete graduation before joining.
• Experience: 0-2 years after essential educational qualification.
• Age Limit: The upper age limit is 30 years as on the date of issue of the Advertisement (06 July 2026).

Remuneration (Consultancy Fee)

Selected Associates will receive a consultancy fee of Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 80,000 per month. This fee is inclusive of all applicable taxes. Associates deployed in Andaman & Nicobar Islands will also be entitled to a Location Allowance at the rate of 20% of the prescribed consultancy fee. An annual enhancement of 5% in the consultancy fee will be allowed.

Selection Process

The selection process involves shortlisting candidates from the Eligible Pool of Applicants available on the NHIDCL Resource Pool Portal, followed by an interview, assessment, or other stages as decided by the Competent Authority. There is no separate written test mentioned in the notice.

Candidates who applied under Hiring Notice No. 05/2025 for the same position and whose applications are in the Resource Pool Portal need not apply again.
