Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian National only.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum (Mandatory): Diploma in Mining Engineering (3 years duration from UGC/AICTE/Govt. of India recognized University/Institution).
- Desirable Qualification: Foreman's Certificate of Competency for metalliferous mines.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 50 Years as on 06.05.2026.
- Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India rules.
Application Fee
- General / OBC / EWS: ₹250/- (Non-refundable)
- SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / Departmental Candidates: NIL (Exempted)
Remuneration & Benefits
- Consolidated Pay: ₹60,000/- per month
- Annual Increment: Up to maximum 5% annually based on performance.
- Other benefits include HRA, TA/DA, Accidental Group Insurance, Outpatient Medical Expenses (₹35,000/- per annum), Casual Leave (12 days), and Medical Leave (20 days).
- Contract Period: Up to 3 years initially or till age of 60 years, whichever is earlier.
Selection Process
The selection process will involve Document Verification followed by a Supervisory Skill Assessment. A merit list will be prepared based on the performance in the assessment.
