Eligibility Criteria:
- Deputy General Manager Posts: CA/CMA / Company Secretary / B.E/B.Tech (relevant branch) + 8 years post-qualification executive experience in respective field (minimum 3 years in Metro/Railways/PSUs preferred).
- Assistant Manager Posts: B.E/B.Tech / B.Arch / MCA / MBA (HR) or equivalent + 6 years post-qualification supervisory experience in relevant field (Metro/Railways experience preferred).
- Age Limit: DGM – 45 years (Direct/Absorption) / 56 years (Deputation); AM – 40 years (Direct/Absorption) / 56 years (Deputation) as on closing date.
- Experience in Private Sector shall NOT be counted. Only Govt./PSU/Metro/Railways experience is valid.
Selection Process:
Selection will be based on:
- Shortlisting based on eligibility, qualification & experience
- Written Test and/or Personal Interview
- Document Verification & Medical Examination (if applicable)
