NSTL DRDO Apprentice Recruitment 2026

Naval Science and Technological Laboratory (NSTL), DRDO, Visakhapatnam has announced a recruitment drive for 42 Apprentice positions. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have completed their B.E./B.Tech, Diploma, or ITI in 2023, 2024, or 2025.

Post Details:

• Post Name: Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, Technician Vocational Apprentice
• Total Vacancies: 42 Posts (Graduate-10, Diploma-10, ITI-22)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on the closing date of application.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate Apprentice (B.E./B.Tech): 10 Posts - B.E./B.Tech in a relevant discipline (passed in 2023-2025 only).
• Technician Apprentice (Diploma): 10 Posts - Diploma in Engineering in a relevant discipline (passed in 2023-2025 only).
• Technician Vocational Apprentice (ITI): 22 Posts - ITI in a relevant discipline (passed in 2023-2025 only).

Candidates must be registered on the NATS Portal (for Graduate/Diploma) or Apprenticeship India Portal (for ITI).

Candidates with more than 1 year of experience or previous apprenticeship are not eligible.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on the following steps:

• Academic Merit
• Written Test / Interview (if required)
• Document Verification

How to Apply:

1. Register on the NATS Portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) for Graduate/Diploma Apprentices OR on the Apprenticeship India Portal (www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) for ITI Apprentices.
2. Download and fill the prescribed Application Form (Annexure-A) from the notification.
3. Scan the filled application form along with all required documents (10th Certificate, marksheets, Degree/Diploma/ITI Certificate, Caste/PwD Certificate if applicable, ID Proof, Bank Passbook, Medical Fitness Certificate, passport size photos).
4. Send the scanned application and documents via email to [email protected] on or before 16 May 2026.
5. Carry all original documents at the time of Document Verification / Joining.
