Eligibility Criteria for Each Post

• Assistant (HR&A) - Regular and Contractual: Graduate Degree with 3 years relevant experience OR MBA/PG Degree/2-year Diploma in HR/HRM/HRD/PM & IR with 1 year experience.
• Junior Engineer (Civil) - Contract Basis: Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in estimates, BoQ, tenders for repair/maintenance.
• Quality Assistant and Assistant (CAMO) - Contract Basis: Diploma in AME/Aeronautical or BSc in Aviation with 3 years aviation experience (Quality CAR-145 for QA, CAMO for Assistant CAMO).
• Station-in-Charge - Contract Basis: Graduate degree with 3 years relevant experience OR PG Degree/2-year Diploma in Marketing/Finance/Aviation or equivalent with 1 year experience.
• Trainee Technician - Contract Basis: Diploma in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Electronics/Electricals/Electronics & Communication/Instrumentation OR AME Course from DGCA-recognised institute. Freshers may apply.

Salary and Pay Scale

Pawan Hans offers IDA-linked pay scales for most posts. Trainee Technician has an all-inclusive basic pay of Rs. 16,500. Other posts range from Rs. 24,000 to Rs. 27,000 basic pay, with additional benefits like PF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, and Pension for regular posts.
