Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

A graduate degree from a recognized university is the essential minimum requirement for every post. Higher qualifications and professional certifications are preferred for managerial roles. Key points:

  • General Manager / Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager: Graduate in any subject. Preferred: M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA, CMA.
  • Manager / Deputy Manager / Executive / Senior Officer / Junior Officer: Graduate in any subject. Post-graduation desirable.
  • Clerk: Graduate in any subject with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • Candidates without a computer background must hold a Basic Computer Course certificate or complete it within six months of joining.
  • All educational qualifications must be completed within the minimum course duration; candidates with backlogs/ATKT are not eligible.

Experience Required:

Relevant prior experience in a cooperative or commercial bank is mandatory for all posts except Clerk.
