RFCL Recruitment 2026 Notification Out – Apply for 40 Engineer, Manager & Officer Posts

Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL), a prominent Joint Venture Company formed by National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), Engineers India Limited (EIL), and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL), has released Advertisement No. Rectt/01/2026 for the recruitment of experienced professionals. This is a golden opportunity for candidates aspiring to join a leading organization in the fertilizer sector. RFCL is inviting applications for a total of 40 tentative vacancies across various disciplines including Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Transportation, Human Resource, Medical, Finance & Accounts, and Information Technology.

Selected candidates will be initially posted at the Ramagundam Plant (Telangana) or Corporate Office (Noida), but must be willing to serve anywhere in India.

Vacancy Details (Total: 40 Posts)

A total of 40 tentative vacancies are notified, with reservations for various categories: UR-22, SC-05, ST-03, OBC(NCL)-07, EWS-03. Additionally, 04 posts are reserved for PwBD candidates (applied horizontally within the above categories).

Eligibility Criteria & Qualification Highlights

Candidates must possess the post-specific essential educational qualification and post-qualification executive experience as of 31 July 2026. Key conditions include:

• Full-time and regular essential qualification with a minimum of 60% marks (except CA/CMA).
• Qualifications acquired through Part-Time/Correspondence/Distance Learning/Online/Evening Classes are NOT eligible.
• Work experience must be post-qualification and in-line executive experience.
• Candidates from Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies must meet specific pay scale matching conditions or provide proof of minimum CTC for private sector candidates.

Age Limit (as on 31 July 2026)

The maximum age limit for UR (Unreserved) category candidates varies by post:

• 30 years: Engineer (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/IT), Officer (Materials/HR/Secretarial/F&A)
• 40 years: Assistant Manager (Chemical/Transportation/F&A), Deputy Manager (Chemical)
• 45 years: Additional CMO, CMO
• 50 years: Chief Manager (F&A)

Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST (up to 5 years), OBC (NCL) (up to 3 years), Ex-Servicemen, PwBD (up to 10-15 years), and J&K Domiciled candidates (5 years). The maximum age after all relaxations must not exceed 56 years.

Selection Process

The selection process will primarily involve an interview. Candidates employed in Central/State Government/Quasi-Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview, or submit an undertaking to produce a relieving order if selected.
