RRB Isolated Categories Recruitment 2025–26: Apply online for 312 posts
The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs), functioning under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, have released an official notification for recruitment to various posts in Isolated Categories.
Under this recruitment process, a total of 312 vacant positions will be filled across different railway zones and production units nationwide, with varying vacancies allocated for different posts.
The online application process for this recruitment commenced on December 30, 2025, and interested candidates can apply online until January 29, 2026.

Educational Qualification
The required qualification is different for each post, such as: Law Degree, Post Graduation, Graduation, or Diploma/Degree in the relevant subject.
Candidates are advised to carefully check the official notification – Annexure A for complete, post-wise eligibility details.
Medical Standards
After selection, candidates must qualify the Medical Fitness Standards (B1, C1, C2) prescribed by Indian Railways. If a candidate is declared medically unfit, no alternative post will be offered.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be done through the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Translation Test (for applicable posts only)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination
In the CBT, 1/3rd marks will be deducted for every wrong answer as negative marking.
