| Experience | Strong knowledge of banking systems & procedures |
| Service Condition | Must have retired on superannuation with a clean record. Candidates who took voluntary retirement before eligibility conditions or have disciplinary issues are not eligible. |

Job Role
The selected candidates will work as Resolvers, where their primary responsibility will be to handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure timely resolution at Circle Complaint Resolution Centres (CCRC).
