STPI Apprentice Trainee Recruitment 2026 Notification Out

The Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) has released a notification for the recruitment of Apprentice Trainees for the year 2026. A total of 15 vacancies are available for eligible candidates. The application process is entirely online.

Vacancy Details:

A total of 15 vacancies are announced for Apprentice Trainees. The distribution is as follows:

• B.Tech/B.E. Degree Holders: 8 Posts
• Diploma / B.Com / B.A. Holders: 7 Posts

Vacancies are spread across various STPI centres including Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Guwahati, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Noida, Mohali, and Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
• For B.Tech/B.E.: Electronics / Electricals / Electronics & Communications / Telecommunications / Computer Science / Information Technology. Qualification must be completed in April 2021 or later.
• For Diploma: Electronics / Electricals / Electronics & Communications / Telecommunications / Computer Science / Information Technology. Qualification must be completed in April 2021 or later.
• For B.Com / B.A.: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) - any stream. Qualification must be completed in April 2021 or later.

Age Limit (as on 11.05.2026):

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 27 years (UR/General), 30 years (OBC), 32 years (SC/ST)

Other Conditions: Candidates should not have previously undergone apprenticeship.

Stipend:

• B.Tech / B.E. (Degree): Rs. 15,000/- per month
• Diploma (Technical): Rs. 10,900/- per month
• B.A. / B.Com: Rs. 12,300/- per month

Stipend will be paid through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) via the NATS portal.

Selection Process:

1. NATS Portal Registration: Mandatory registration on https://nats.education.gov.in.
2. Online Application on STPI Portal: Apply on www.stpi.in.
3. Shortlisting: Based on eligibility criteria.
4. Interview: Final selection based on interview performance.
