The Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has announced a recruitment drive to fill 398 vacancies for the posts of Kanisth Sahayak (Junior Assistant) and Stenographer Grade-I/Personal Assistant. These positions are in the Civil Courts and Family Courts under the Nainital High Court, Uttarakhand.

Vacancy Details:

Age Limit:

Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years as on 1 January 2026.

• General/Unreserved: 21-35 years
• SC/ST/OBC (Uttarakhand): 5 years relaxation
• Persons with Disabilities (Uttarakhand): 10 years relaxation

Educational Qualification:

• For Kanisth Sahayak (Junior Assistant): Graduate degree, good knowledge of Hindi & English, Hindi typing speed of 25 WPM, adequate knowledge of computer operation.
• For Stenographer Grade-1/Personal Assistant: Graduate degree, good knowledge of Hindi & English, 80 WPM Hindi shorthand, 25 WPM Hindi typing, good knowledge of computer operation.

Selection Process:

Selection will be based on a Written objective-type competitive examination (140 marks) and a Typing/Shorthand Skill Test (60 marks).
