Note:
- At present, no vacancies have been reserved under any sub-category of horizontal reservation.
- The number of vacancies may increase or decrease based on circumstances or administrative requirements.
- For this recruitment, only candidates with disabilities falling under O.A. (One Arm), O.L. (One Leg), and H.H. (Hearing Handicapped) categories are eligible.
Essential Educational Qualifications
To be eligible for direct recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse (Unani), a candidate must:
- Have passed High School (10th) with Science and Intermediate (12th) from the Uttar Pradesh Board of High School and Intermediate Education or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government.
- Hold a Diploma in Medical and Surgical Nursing (Unani) that is eligible for registration with the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of Uttar Pradesh.
- Hold a Diploma in Midwifery (Unani) that is also registrable with the same board.
- Possess a valid registration certificate as a Unani Nurse and Midwife (Dhatri) issued by the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of Uttar Pradesh.
Preferential Qualifications
Candidates who meet the above essential qualifications and also have any of the following, will be given preference in direct recruitment (all other conditions being equal):
- Have served in the Territorial Army for at least two years, or
- Hold a "B" Certificate from the National Cadet Corps (NCC)

Grade Pay ₹4600/- (Level-7 Pay Matrix: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)

Website: https://uppsc.up.nic.in Click on "All Notifications / Advertisements".
Click on 'Apply'
- Click on “Apply” next to the Staff Nurse Unani post
- Then click on "Authenticate with O.T.R."
- If you have already done OTR, enter your OTR number and authenticate with OTP or password
- If not, first complete the OTR, then come back and apply
Fill Required Details
- Your personal details from OTR will auto-fill
- You only need to fill educational qualifications and preference details
Pay the Application Fee
- Use Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI
- After payment, download and print the payment receipt
Print Your Application Form
- After completing the full form, take a printout of your application
- Keep it safe for future reference (document verification, etc.)
Correction (If Needed)
- If you want to change your qualification or information after applying
- then you can make correction only once before the last date
