SSC Stenographer Final Result 2026: First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA) Released

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has initiated the 'First Round of Tentative Allocation' (FRTA) process for the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check the list of provisionally shortlisted candidates for the FRTA.

The selection process is nearing its final stages. Candidates were given the opportunity to choose their preferred departments between May 5, 2026, and May 8, 2026, after the CBE result was declared on November 28, 2025.

A sliding process is now being introduced, with a choice window opening from June 19, 2026, to June 22, 2026, allowing candidates to modify their preferences.

How to Check SSC Stenographer Result 2026:

1. Visit the official website of SSC: ssc.gov.in.
2. Click on the 'Result' tab in the top menu.
3. Navigate to the 'Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’' section.
4. Click on the PDF link for the relevant result.
5. Download the PDF and search for your roll number using Ctrl+F.
