JNVU Football & Softball Team Selection 2026 – Date, Time, Venue & Registration

All players participating in the selection process must first fill out the online registration form, which is available on the JNVU UMS portal.

A hard copy of this form, duly signed and stamped by the Dean, Director, HOD, or Assistant Registrar, is mandatory.

Trials for the selection of the men's and women's softball teams will be held on January 16, 2026, at the Old Campus, Sports Board.

The entry fee for this tournament is ₹5,000/- for men's teams and ₹3,000/- for women's teams, with an additional charge of ₹500/- for each extra match played.

1. Women Football Team Selection

Faculty: Science / Arts / KNCW / Commerce / Law Team: Women Football Team

Instructions for Selection:

• Online Registration: Filling the online sports registration form available at https://jnvuiums.in is mandatory.
• Reporting Time: Arrive at the ground 30 minutes before the trial.
• Sports Kit & Equipment: All participants must bring their own required sports kit and equipment.

Required Documents:

1. Hard copy of the online registration form, signed and stamped by Dean/Director/HOD/Asst. Registrar.
2. 10th, 12th, UG, and PG mark sheets.
3. Fee receipt/challan for the current academic session.
4. Aadhaar card.

2. Softball Team Selection (Men/Women)

• Filling the online sports registration form is mandatory for all participants.
• Reporting: Arrive at the ground 30 minutes before the trial.

3. Fee receipt/challan of the current session.

3. Inter-College Women Football Tournament 2025-26

Location: Chopasni College, Jodhpur Competition Date: 12 – 13 January 2025 Reporting Time: 10:00 AM

Participation & Fee:

Rules & Information:

• Maximum players in a team: 15
• Minimum players in a team: 11
• Selection will primarily be based on players’ performance.
• Selected participants will be provided unfurnished accommodation.
• Travel allowance (T.A.) and daily allowance (D.A.) will be borne by participants themselves.

4. Selection Procedure & Guidelines

• JNVU teams will be selected based on performance in the Inter-College Tournament.
• Students from non-participating colleges will pay ₹300/- to participate in the selection trial.
• Wearing the sports kit is mandatory for all participants.
• For football, Nivia Shining Star or other brands approved by organizers will be used.

Required Documents:

2. Identity card and fee receipt/challan.
3. 10th, 12th, and final examination mark sheets with photocopies.
