Transport Voucher Yojana 2025: Students will get the benefit of fare

The Madhya Pradesh Government has introduced this scheme for students from Class 1 to 12 studying in government schools in rural areas.

Under the scheme, students who walk daily from 1 to 5 kilometers to reach their school will receive a travel allowance of ₹10 to ₹15 per day.

This benefit will be available only to students of government schools in rural regions, and the total amount will be credited directly to their bank accounts at the end of the year.

To avail the benefit, students need to fill out the application form and submit the required documents at their respective schools.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The student must belong to a rural area.
  • The student should be studying in a government school.
  • The student’s residence should be at least 1 km away from the school.
  • Applicable for students from Class 1 to Class 12.

Application Process

  1. Eligible students will be identified by the school administration.
  2. The school will verify the distance and attendance record.
  3. The allowance amount will be directly transferred to the student’s bank account via DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
  4. Parents/students are not required to fill any separate application form.
