Benefits of the Scheme
The table below shows the allowance amount based on class and distance:

Eligibility Criteria
- The student must belong to a rural area.
- The student should be studying in a government school.
- The student’s residence should be at least 1 km away from the school.
- Applicable for students from Class 1 to Class 12.
Application Process
- Eligible students will be identified by the school administration.
- The school will verify the distance and attendance record.
- The allowance amount will be directly transferred to the student’s bank account via DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
- Parents/students are not required to fill any separate application form.
