The Rajasthan BSTC Upward Movement Form 2026 has been released for all students who have been allotted a college in the Rajasthan BSTC counseling process but are not satisfied with it and wish to secure admission to a better or higher-preference college. This form provides students with an opportunity to get a seat in a college ranked higher on their preference list, provided seats are vacant there.

What is Upward Movement?

Upward Movement is a process through which students who have been allotted a college in the first round of counseling, but desire a better choice, can apply. Under this process, if a seat is vacant in a higher-preference college of your choice, it may be allotted to you. If a new college is not allotted, your previously allotted college remains safe and secure.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students who have been allotted a college in the first round of counseling.
• Students who have successfully completed the reporting process at their currently allotted college.
• Students who have deposited the required admission fees.
• Students who want to opt for a better college than the one currently allotted to them.

Important Dates

Fee Refund Rules

• If a student is not allotted any college after the counseling process, ₹100 will be deducted from their ₹3,000 registration fee, and ₹2,900 will be refunded.
• If a student is allotted a college but fails to report to the college within the stipulated time, ₹500 will be deducted from their ₹3,000 registration fee, and ₹2,500 will be refunded.
• The fee refund amount will only be transferred to the same bank account whose details were provided by the student at the time of counseling.
• If a student participates in counseling by providing incorrect information and is later found ineligible, their ₹3,000 registration fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
• Note: The fee refund process will be completed within approximately 45 working days after the entire admission process concludes.

3. Now, enter your Counseling ID, Roll Number, Mother's Name, and Date of Birth.
4. After this, click on the Process button.
5. Fill in all the requested details in the form accurately.
6. Review the complete information carefully after filling out the form.
7. Finally, submit the form and take a printout for future reference.
