Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria as of the last date of application (07 July 2026):

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University/Institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of combined or separate administrative cadre experience in Government/Local Self-Government/Government undertakings/Semi-government bodies/Boards/Corporations/Municipal Corporations, or Companies registered under Companies Act, or Co-operative societies registered under Co-operative Societies Act.
• Experience must be in a regular pay scale or under Gujarat Government Finance Department's fixed pay scheme.
• Excluded Experience: Part-time, daily wage, apprenticeship, trainee, articleship, honorary/invited faculty, in-charge additional duties, or experience gained during study period will NOT be counted. Offer letters alone are not sufficient; supporting documents like increment orders or pay-related records are required.

Computer Knowledge (CCC / CCC+ Requirement)

• Certificate of Basic Computer Knowledge (as per Gujarat State General Administration Department syllabus) from a recognized training institution, OR
• Diploma/Degree/Certificate in computer knowledge from a government-recognized university/institution, OR
• Computer as a subject in Standard 10 or Standard 12.
• Candidates without a certificate at the time of application may apply but must obtain it before joining or clear the examination within one year of joining.

• Pay Scale (After Assessment): Level 4, Pay Matrix: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 + Grade Pay as per rules
